Spent yesterday at traxton studio listening to Pelle's mixing. Not too bad.

Update

I need to put down vocals for one more song but then the album is finished. I have already received the first mix of America, one of the new tracks and it sounds great. The mix was once again made by the one and only Pelle Gunnerfeldt.

Release is scheduled Feb 2010.

Gotland

I've been on vacation at the swedish island Gotland for about 10 days and it's been nice and relaxing. It was also nice to get away from the record for a while. I went to an auction in Tofta and found an Beyer Dynamic M69 microphone that I bought for 100 sek. That was cheap! Haven't had the time to check if it's working yet but it looks clean, so it probably does. West german quality, my friends.

The record is more or less finished. It hasn't been mixed yet but I keep pushing the none excisting deadline all the time so who knows when it will be. Hopefully we can mix in September or something. I just need to do some more singing and bash some reverb tanks first.

I'll keep you updated as usual.
